Anyone who serves as a leader at Faith Christian Church is required to embrace the model of leadership found in Jesus Christ, which calls us to lead by serving.

We have a congregational form of Church Polity, which means we are structured from the bottom up (rather than the top down).  The members of the church have a voice and that voice is to be heard as we fulfill our mission from the Lord Jesus Christ to preach/teach the gospel in word and in deed.
